This premise is not totally accurate. \nMiriam Naiman\, who has specialized in integration and absorption for new Olim since 2005\, will address the unique emotional challenges that older Olim face by leaving their friends\, family and support networks\, trying to navigate in a new culture\, often unfamiliar with Hebrew\, societal norms\, public transportation and so much more. DESCRIPTION:Bargain Bazaar  \n08:30-13:30 Monday 20 October \nWelcome one and all! \nOur tables will be piled high with an amazing collection of new and nearly new items. \nIt really is true that one person’s clutter is another person’s treasure. \nTell your friends and neighbours – dust off your elbows\, bring your shekels; there are bargains galore at our much-loved bazaar. \n  \nMeanwhile we are collecting. \nWe appreciate receiving new (or almost new) goods. \nWe especially welcome: \n\nCostume jewelry\nNew cosmetics\nKitchenware\nHandbags and purses\nHats\nComplete games\nToys in very good condition\nDecorative items for the home\n\nPlease do not bring electrical appliances\, glassware\, dinner or tea sets\, CDs\, DVDs\, clothing\, artwork or pictures\,  or books. \nNewer soft cover books may be donated to the Gura Family Library. \nAll items should be easily portable. \nOthers may consider your clutter as their treasure. \nWe thank you for your continued generous support. \nWe need drivers to transport goods from people’s homes to our Netanya AACI office.
