Each week builds on the last\, covering how we take in information\, how we hold onto it\, and how we retrieve it when we need it. No prior knowledge is needed — just the desire to learn\, practice\, and have fun together. \nTalia is an occupational therapist with 12 years of experience specializing in neurological rehabilitation for adults and seniors. She has extensive experience working on cognitive health\, with a focus on memory\, attention\, and problem-solving.
