Ageing Gracefully Group
10.30am-12.00pm
Thursday 13 April
Sunday 23 April
Have you recently felt that your purpose in life is somewhat shaky or even non-existent?
That your kids and grandkids don’t seem to have time for you?
You’re not alone!
As we age, we experience frustration with our inability to lead the lives we once led, but that’s okay because there are new possibilities to explore and new experiences to be had.
Our Ageing Gracefully Support group addresses issues such as coping with challenges, changing relationships and learning how to age gracefully. You will have the opportunity to share openly with your peers in a supportive and confidential environment.
The group (maximum of 12 people) will be facilitated by Gaye Turiel.
We hope you’ll join us.
Please register at Box Office.
Members: NIS 20 per session
