In our new monthly workshop Edison will help us navigate technology.
For our first session Edison will focus on helping us deal with health funds on our phone and computer.
Are you tired of spending endless hours on the phone making a doctor’s appointment?
Would you like to access lab results, send a message to your doctors or apply and receive a tofes 17, request and order medicines, etc?
All of the above and much more can be done digitally on our phones. It doesn’t matter which Kupah you belong to, Edison will explain how to use your health funds’ app or website.
Edison made Aliyah from Brazil in 2018. He is a graduate in Computer Sciences and worked as IT Director and Project Manager at Procter & Gamble. Since arriving in Israel Edison has been working in Hi-tech and owns his own business called EdTech, offering computer repair and solutions.
Edison will be available for 30 minutes after each session to answer questions.
