DESCRIPTION:An Artisan Cheese Experience in the Sukkah \nWith “Hanan Hagaban\, Hanan the Cheesemaker”\n20:00 Wednesday 30 September\nIn the YINN Sukkah \n(Located on the corner of Shlomo Hamelech and Shaul Hamelech) \n\nLearn about traditional methods and the craft of boutique cheese making directly from the maker\, Hanan Sofer – better known as Hanan Hagaban which means Hanan the Cheesemaker\nSample a variety of artisanal cheeses\, crafted locally at Moshav Herut\, just 15 minutes from Netanya\nEnjoy selections of wine chosen by Hanan to match the flavor profiles of his cheeses\n\nHanan Sofer stepped into the world of cheeses entirely by accident when coming upon a recipe for Tzfat Cheese. He began making cheeses in his home\, then studied the art of cheese making in France and Italy\, and eventually established Hanan Hagaban’s Fromagerie in the middle of an avocado plantation in Moshav Herut. \nHanan and his partner\, Hadar\, renovated an old chicken house on the moshav\, originally built by Hadar’s grandfather\, for the fromagerie.
