As we grow older it is important to exercise regularly.
Shoshi will explain how Qigong, an ancient Chinese Art of Movement, helps improve the quality of life with minimum effort and maximum gain. Program includes an interactive demonstration.
Shoshi was born in Germany and made Aliyah when she was 18 years old. She is a massage therapist specializing in medical, deep tissue and lymphatic massages.
Shoshi completed a two-year Qigong course at Wingate Institute. She leads our Qigong sessions on Mondays.
