Real Estate in Israel – it’s not as simple as you think!
Purchasing, selling or renting property in Israel is very different from, and more complex than, doing so overseas.
Advocate Gideon Cohen, legal advisor to the AACI, with nearly 40 years of experience in this field will be sharing some important legal information and tips on how to avoid pitfalls and to safeguard your rights when dealing with property in Israel including:

Gidon Cohen immigrated from South Africa in 1978, qualified in Law from Tel Aviv University and is currently a senior partner in the Ramat Gan law firm, Cohen, Segelov Advocates and Notaries. He has been active for many years as Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the Lev Hasharon Municipal Council. He serves as a Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Central Region of the Israeli Bar Association. He also holds a second-degree black belt in Go Juru Karate.
