Shurat HaDin, directed by Attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, is dedicated to protecting the State of Israel, using the court systems around the world to go on the legal offensive against Israel’s enemies. Shurat HaDin has been fighting academic and economic boycotts, challenging those who seek to delegitimise the Jewish State, tracking the assets and bank accounts of the terror groups, legally obstructing and restraining their funds and, since October 7th, has been fighting terrorists and the atrocities they committed, including exposing war crime sexual violence and fighting back in court via, for example, a detailed complaint to the International Criminal Court specifically relating to the sexual violence that occurred.

Nitsana is a graduate of the Bar-Ilan University Law Faculty and holds an MBA from Manchester University. She regularly appears in the media, including on Israeli talk show programmes, Voice of Israel Radio, CNN, the BBC, European television, the Jerusalem Report and in many American, Canadian and European publications. She is the mother of six.
