Join us for a fun-filled day of hiking in the Jerusalem Hills.
On our circular hiking route, we will hike around Har Eitan with views of the Jerusalem hills, Ein Karem and the western neighborhoods of the city. All being well, we will reach the Sataf spring and the Byzantine farm beside it.
Hike duration: Approximately 5 hours.
Hike distance: Approximately 8 km.
Terrain: moderate, wide easy paths, climbing up terraces.
Elevation change: 100m
Meet: 9.00am Upper Park Sataf
Finish: Approximately 2.00pm
All participants must be in good health and able to hike.
Equipment for hiking: Good walking boots or shoes. Comfortable day backpack to carry snacks, and at least 3 litres of water, hat and sunscreen.
This hike is arranged in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations.
Participants must drive themselves to our meeting point at Sataf (exact coordinates will be provided), approximately 1.5 hour drive from Netanya)
Minimum number of participants required. Itinerary is subject to change without notice.
All participants must complete health declaration form.
