All courses meet thrice weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
False Beginners – 08:30-10:00
Intermediate Conversation – 10:15-11:45
Advanced – 12:00–13:30
In the wake of the success of our Winter course, we are pleased to announce a follow-up course with Tamar.
During the course we will progress in making a connection with the Israeli reality by using mediums such as the news, newspapers and conversations about issues relating to life in Israel.
False Beginners Conversation
For those who have very limited Hebrew, those who didn’t find or settle into a suitable ulpan class, those who can say how much is…, where is… but can’t follow the answer. Our course will start at the beginning and aims to get you talking.
Skills: emphasis on speaking with some reading and writing. Grammar: present and past tenses. Building simple and connected sentences.
Intermediate Conversation
Expanding vocabulary
Skills: Emphasis on speaking, and communication. Strengthening writing and reading, past and future tenses – getting to know the building blocks and structure of the language.
Advanced
Expanding vocabulary and grammatical structures, expressing cohesive ideas
Skills: Emphasis on speaking at an advanced level and correcting errors, linguistic enrichment, reading texts, writing and drafting, spelling without errors, news and newspapers in detail, pieces of literature.
Courses are taught by Tamar Halperin (MA), a tour guide and Hebrew teacher at the former Ulpan Akiva and in Jewish communities around the world.

Hebrew courses at Netanya AACI are private and participants must commit to the full course.
