Intermediate Hebrew Conversation Class
Meets: 08:30 – 10:15 Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Five week course from 27 November to 28 December 2023
During the course we will emphasize the meaning of togetherness and our strength as a united community. We will express our feelings in light of the past months events, and we will establish our ability in the Hebrew language to increase the sense of belonging and, with it, an emphasis on understanding the current news.
Expand vocabulary in following topics: We will talk about kindness, respect, integrity, loyalty, unity, togetherness, creativity, generosity, magnanimity, compassion, help, support, power, empowerment, support, community, absorption, mutual responsibility, and more.
Skills: Emphasis on speaking and communication. Strengthening writing and reading, past and future tenses – getting to know the building blocks and structure of the language.
The course is suitable for those who attended our previous intermediate conversation courses.
Courses are taught by Tamar Halperin (MA), a tour guide and Hebrew teacher at the former Ulpan Akiva and in Jewish communities around the world.
Hebrew courses at Netanya AACI are private and participants must commit to the full course costing NIS 900 for thrice-weekly intermediate course
