SUMMARY:Women - Let's Dance!
DESCRIPTION:Women – Let’s Dance!\n19:30 Tuesday 29 December \nTonight we will celebrate our wonderful life in Israel\, our blessings\, our children\, grandchildren and great grand-children\, our friendships and camaraderie\, and all that is GOOD! We are gonna “get down” and have fun! Music galore – 50s\, 60s\, 70s\, 80s…blues\, jazz\, rock n’ roll\, reggae and even Jewish hip – hop. Hit the floor\, ladies and let’s rock! \nYoninah will teach line dances\, a short hip hop and jazz dances to get you all swinging. We’ll raise our hands and swiggle\, wiggle and let go. Bring your best self\, a big smile and lots of energy and don’t forget your “blue suede shoes”. \nYoninah has been dancing since childhood. She danced tap\, ballet and jazz for 10 years at the Dorothy Mason School of Dance in Portland\, Maine. At Hollywood Hills High School in Hollywood\, Florida\, she was part of the Dance Troupe that travelled in Southern Florida and received a medal for one of the competitions at the time. Israeli folk dancing was also a hobby throughout her university years. \nAt 50\, Yoninah returned to dance Zumba for 10 years at Holmes Place here in Netanya. She then found a partner and danced rock n’roll\, swing\, and 60s at clubs in Israel. For the last three years she has been dancing salsa here in Netanya at Media Noche every week and she topped it all off by taking a Bayla Fitness Dance course for women only at Wingate Academy just last year. During the year\, the course trained her in hip hop\, jazz\, ballet\, Chasidic and salsa. She would like all women to dance to their heart’s content\, groove to the music\, and keep in shape having fun. \nMembers pre-paid NIS 60\nMembers at door and non-members NIS 75 (Cash only at the door) \nPurchase tickets below\, call the box office 09-8330950 (Sunday-Thursday 8:30-12:30) or pay at the door. \nPrepaid tickets available until noon on the day of this event. \nNearby Parking: (one block north of Netanya AACI\, approach from the north on Shmuel Hanatziv to turn right into the driveway just before the traffic circle) \nUsing Waze: https://waze.com/ul/hsv8zcjvhf \nUsing Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/teDPagS7GRUi5VzY8
