Both women and men are welcome. The exercises are fun\, no-impact and easy to learn. The source of many of the exercises is the Pilates method\, but Norman uses an integrative approach with exercises from various disciplines and utilizing accessories such as weights and resistance bands. No experience with Pilates is necessary. \nNorman has been involved with Pilates and yoga for many years and is a qualified Pilates mat instructor. \nYou can bring your own mat or a towel to cover the mats in the social hall. \nMembers NIS 240 for 8 sessions \nNon-members NIS 480 for 8 sessions \nPayable at the Box Office 098330950
