Monday 20th May marks the 13th anniversary of monthly Poetry Please sessions at Netanya AACI Netanya. On that date Susan’s other poetry connection, Voices Israel, a nationwide creative writing organisation established in 1971, is holding a residential in Netanya at the King Solomon Hotel.
All regular Poetry Pleasers are invited to come to the King Solomon where our usual programme will feature in the Voices programme. Tea and cake will be served from 15:30 – 16:00. Poetry Please will be from 16:00-17:30.
Susan taught English Literature and British Culture at colleges and universities in North East England. If you haven’t come before, do join us and, if you are one of the loyal regulars, please keep coming.
Our theme for this month is Poems about the Voice.
