Qigong is the ancient Chinese art of movement combining exercises for balance, breathing and meditation.
The purpose of these exercises is to promote our health, liveliness and of course to improve our quality of life.
Qigong can be performed anywhere and, in any position: standing, sitting or lying down.
Regular exercising will assist to control and improve breathing, calm nerves and even change mood. Qigong releases stress and increases range of your movements.
Shoshi Burg was born in Germany and made Aliyah when she was 18 years old.
She is a massage therapist specializing in medical, deep tissue and lymphatic massages, as well as for pregnant women.
Shoshi has completed a two-year Qi Gong course at Wingate Institute.
She teaches Qigong at “Amcha”in Netanya, to a group of seniors in Kiryat Sanz and also in private lessons.

Loose clothing and flat shoes (or bare feet) are best for these exercises.
