Shlomit Stroh is a dancer, actor and singer. She taught Zumba Gold, dance, and Latin music all over South America. Her low intensity Zumba class for active older adults focuses on:
- balance
- range of motion
- coordination
- cardiovascular
- muscular conditioning,
- flexibility
You will enjoy her positive spirit, humor, and the personal attention she gives to each student. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Members: NIS 30 per lesson, payable at the lesson
