Zumba Gold!
9.30am Tuesdays and now on alternate Thursdays at 10.00am
Our class is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity.
You will enjoy Shlomit’s positive spirit, humour, and the personal attention she gives to each one of her students. You will come out with a smile!
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Shlomit Stroh, dancer, actor and singer, taught Zumba Gold and song and dance to Latin music all over South America. She spreads the joy at Netanya AACI.
