Orly Sasson is proud of all the ladies who continued with her exercise class during the lockdown. She now invites new members to join her osteoporosis-prevention class. Every Thursday, you can enjoy exercising to music and a peaceful meditation at the end of each lesson.
Orly’s lessons emphasize the importance of positive thinking and relaxation after exercise. Classes are accompanied by soothing music.
