Pilates – with Norman Kotler
2.00pm Sundays and 4.00pm Wednesdays
Pilates is designed for both women and men to improve their flexibility, strength, balance and posture. The exercises are fun, no-impact and easy to learn. No experience with the Pilates method is necessary. Norman has been involved with Pilates and Yoga for over 12 years and is a qualified Pilates mat instructor.
Please wear modest, comfortable clothing and bring a towel to cover the mats at Netanya AACI or your own mat.
