Moving Beyond the Headlines to Practical Strategies That Work
Lecture by Batya Katzir
19:30 Sunday 13 December
Poor sleep has been linked to everything from memory problems and heart disease to falls and reduced quality of life—but what can you actually do about it? This interactive presentation moves beyond the headlines to explore how sleep affects your health and well-being, while focusing on practical, evidence-based strategies that can make a real difference in everyday life. Participants will gain a better understanding of common sleep challenges, learn why many popular sleep tips fall short, and discover simple changes they can begin using to improve both their nights and their days. The presentation includes audience participation and concludes with time for questions and discussion.
