Keeping Your Memory Strong – A 4-Week Memory Workshop
with Talia Gittler-Aronowitz
09:00 Monday 6, 13, 20 and 27 July
Memory is central to who we are and how we experience daily life. This practical, hands-on workshop is designed for older adults who want to stay mentally sharp and build confidence in their memory. Over four weekly 50-minute sessions, we will explore proven memory strategies through group games, creative exercises, and engaging activities — all in a warm, supportive, and enjoyable setting. Each week builds on the last, covering how we take in information, how we hold onto it, and how we retrieve it when we need it. No prior knowledge is needed — just the desire to learn, practice, and have fun together.
Talia is an occupational therapist with 12 years of experience specializing in neurological rehabilitation for adults and seniors. She has extensive experience working on cognitive health, with a focus on memory, attention, and problem-solving.
