He will be available to translate and explain various documents and help fill out online forms in Hebrew.
Ruby will not give any legal advice; he will just help to understand the document

Many companies and institutions have automated answer systems in Hebrew only, making it very difficult to make appointments or get through to the department/person you require.
Yael Rahum is available at Netanya AACI on Sundays to help navigate phone Automated Phone Exchanges.
