Pilates – with Norman Kotler

Pilates helps women and men improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and posture.
The exercises are fun, no-impact and easy to learn. No experience with Pilates is necessary. Norman has been involved with Pilates and Yoga for over 12 years and is a qualified Pilates mat instructor.
Please wear modest, comfortable clothing.
Bring your own mat or bring a towel to cover the mats at the AACI.
Members NIS 150 for 6 sessions, payable at the Box Office. The multiple entry e-ticket can be used at your convenience over a two month period.
