Pilates – with Norman Kotler 

2.00pm Sundays (not floor work) and

4.00pm Wednesdays

Pilates is designed for both women and men to improve their flexibility, strength, balance and posture. The exercises are fun, no-impact and easy to learn. No experience with the Pilates method is necessary. Norman has been involved with Pilates and Yoga for over 15 years and is a qualified Pilates mat instructor.

Please wear modest, comfortable clothing and bring a towel to cover the mats at Netanya AACI or your own mat.
