Rather than fighting disease, Alternative Medicine aims to heal in an holistic way, treating body, mind, soul and spirit. Using both Gentle and Traditional Medicine, Alternative to Medicine uses natural ways to boost energy, reduce stress and heal. Dr. Badach will explain what this means and how it works, and whether Conventional Medicine has lost sight of its mission to help humans back to health, whilst concentrating on the disease rather than the person. As an MD she will discuss how she became an enthusiastic Alternative Medical Practitioner in tandem with her Conventional Medicine practice and remained true to herself.
Dr. Lisel Badach, Physician MD, has practiced privately and in hospitals in Paris, France; New Jersey (University of Medicine and Dentistry), US; and Haifa. She has acquired certifications and licences in many kinds of alternative medicine approaches including meditation, massage, shiatsu, healing of the soul, psychology, etc.
