Evan was born in Philadelphia (US) and spent his formative years in Israel, graduating from high school in Sde Boker. He studied in Sweden, Italy, France and the US. He has trained to be a paintings conservator from Palazzo Spinelli, Florence, Italy and as an art historian. Evan also has experience as an entrepreneur and jewelry designer.
Evan is a licensed Israel tour guide. He is currently working as a conservator at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem.
