David Nekrutman is an Orthodox Jew who is also an honorary ambassador in Jewish-Christian relations for the State of Israel, the Jewish adviser to The Chosen and has a Masters in Biblical Literature from Oral Roberts University as well as a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Netanya with his wife, Kalanit, and three sons, Jonathan, Ori and Ariel.
