A multimedia music lecture by Harvey Bordowitz
19:30 Monday 19 May
The Russian soul – passionate, dark, and yet sensuous, ravishing in all its power and glory – finds its perfect expression in the works of such composers as Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Mussorgsky and Rachmaninoff. Revel in the sounds of Scheherazade, Romeo and Juliet, Swan Lake, Pictures at an Exhibition, and much more. Magic for the ears, vodka for the soul!
