Angels In Orange: United Hatzalah of Israel
Shai Jaskoll
19:30 Sunday 30 November
Come join us for amazing stories of heroism as we hear about the dedication of United Hatzalah volunteers who work right here in Netanya, and the work they did throughout the country on October 7.
Since 2006, when United Hatzalah began in earnest, volunteers have been responding to emergencies across Israel every single day, with the goal of arriving at the scene within 90 seconds. From rocket attacks and terror incidents to medical crises and mass casualty events, United Hatzalah has built a nationwide network of trained medics equipped with cutting-edge technology and lifesaving equipment. Our response on October 7 and during the ongoing Iran-backed war is a continuation of this unwavering commitment to saving lives—anytime, anywhere.
Shai Jaskoll is the Director of Development for United Hatzalah of Israel. He has been involved in emergency medical services (EMS) since 1991, starting as a volunteer in New Jersey, US, and ultimately culminating in managing the 9-1-1 EMS Communication Center in Newark, NJ before moving to Israel in 2007. He has been an active medic with United Hatzalah since his arrival in Israel and has consulted previously for the organization with international implementation projects.
Shai has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University and a Master’s degree in Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU).
