Need help with an American Passport? American Citizen Services (ACS) Consular Outreach will be at Netanya AACI to interview DS-11 passport applicants. Form DS-11 is required if at least one of the following is true:
◊ You are applying for your first U.S. passport;
◊ You are under age 16;
◊ Your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under age 16;
◊ Your previous U.S. passport was lost, stolen, or damaged; or
◊ Your previous U.S. passport was issued more than 15 years ago.
A drop-box will be available for DS-82 applications that do not require interviews. DS-82 is for adults age 16+ who are renewing a 10-year validity passport that will soon expire, is undamaged, still in their possession, and was issued less than 15 years ago.
Once you have signed up, you will receive specific instructions that will provide you with exactly what you must bring to your appointment.
Please note that if the application form is not completed, or if the applicant is more than 15 minutes late, the applicant will be asked to reschedule online at the U.S Embassy.
