9.30am Tuesdays via Zoom Only.
Shlomit Stroh, dancer, actor and singer, taught Zumba Gold and song and dance Latin music all over South America. She will now spread the joy at Netanya AACI. Her class is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity. You will enjoy her positive spirit, humor and the personal attention she gives to each one of her students and you will come out with a smile. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Length of class: 45-minutes
Due to the Lockdown the class will be via Zoom only.
Pre-register at the Box Office for each session.
