HebrewByte – Online Platform for Learning Hebrew
Offered by the Ministry of Aliyah
There are courses at various levels with exercises, videos, songs, and satire. Special emphasis is placed on Israeli culture and practical language use. Learning is facilitated through recording exercises with human feedback and dynamically updated content. Additionally, weekly Zoom sessions are held, where participants practice conversation, daily terms, and learn about life in Israel. The program allows for group or individual learning at a self-paced rate from anywhere and at any time, catering to both beginners and the advanced. The project team provides supportive, encouraging, and patient human assistance.
Who is eligible to study at HebrewByte?
New Olim who have not yet passed 10 years from the day they received ‘New Oleh’ status + are over the age of 17 + at the time of application, are not studying in a Ministry of Education Ulpan nor a private Ulpan nor a local authority Ulpan.
How to register?
Log in to your Ministry of Aliya personal account . Put in a request for A digital Hebrew studies Ulpan: ‘HebrewByte- your home for Hebrew’. Get a voucher for learning the Hebrew language online.
